NaNoWriPod - Nanowrimo / writing / creativity / process

A podcast dedicated to the event known as National Novel Writing Month

When I hit that last word, I cried. I cried out of pure happiness, because there, in front of me, was 104 pages of evidence that I had done something worth celebrating. I cried because all these characters and I grew so close over those 30 days, and will only continue to strengthen our bonds as I keep trucking into December. Finishing NaNoWriMo couldn’t have come at a better time in my life. I’ve been struggling with some personal issues and all too often find myself wondering if I’ll ever do something with my life. These last 30 days showed me what I was capable of, what anyone is capable of when they quit making excuses and just do the work. I just wanted to share my little ramble and say congratulations to everyone that’s been working so hard to get their stories out of their heads.
